FocusFit™ Program  Overview

Once the golfer has learned to Focus, they are slowly introduced to different aspects of the golf swing, starting with Putting as most players feel comfortable with the Putter
Sessions only last for a maximum of 30 minutes as it can be very tiring to focus for extended periods. It will take approximately 10 sessions on FocusFitLevel 1 & 2 to obtain narrow focus, so as this is the foundation, do not progress until the you are very comfortable with levels 1 & 2

For On-Course sessions we recommend a netbook computer as it has a 5-8 hour battery useage.

We then:

Capture -   swings

Analyze -  the Swings:  check focus, anxiety and muscle tension

Train -  Playback the Audio Biofeedback to the student so they can quantify what is happening while on the course
